Brown Sugar Pulled Pork: What you need: 3-lb. Boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of fat. 6-qt. Slow cooker. Make it! 1. Pour sauce over pork in slow cooker; cover with lid. 2. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours. 3. Remove pork from slow cooker; pull into shreds with 2 forks. 4. Toss with sauce in slow cooker. In a rush? Cook pork on high 4 to 5 hours. For a thicker texture: Pour half the sauce over pork & cook as directed. Drain excess liquid, shred pork, and toss with remaining sauce. Refrigerate after opening.
