Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 9 to 11 min. or until most of the water is gone, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in velveeta cheese sauce. Customize it: Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
