Baker's German's sweet chocolate cupcakes: What you need: 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German's sweet chocolate. 3/4 cup butter or margarine. 1-1/2 cups sugar. 3 eggs. 1 tsp. vanilla. 2 cups flour. 1 tsp. baking soda. 1/4 tsp. salt. 1 cup buttermilk. Coconut-pecan filling and frosting. See inside for prep directions. Baker's storage: keep in a cool dry place (do not refrigerate). Higher temperatures can cause chocolate to bloom (lighten in color). This does not affect flavor or quality. Easy microwave melting: Microwave chocolate in a microwaveable bowl on high 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-sec. increments until completely melted.
