Cooking Instructions: (Serves about 4). Cook Gnocchi Before Serving. 1. Add gnocchi into 4 quarts of boiling water and stir immediately. 2. Boil gnocchi gently 3 to 4 minutes, or until gnocchi floats to the top. 3. Drain gnocchi from boiling pot and serve with your favorite Monterey gourmet foods sauce. Optional: Add 1 Tbsp of sea salt to boiling water before cooking gnocchi. If frozen, thaw before cooking. After cooking, refrigerate or freeze remaining portion in a sealed container within 2 hours. Keep Refrigerated.
