Cheddar Chive Drop Biscuits Cooking Instructions: What You Need: 1 stick + 2 tbsp cold salted butter, cut into small pieces. 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2/3 cup cold water. 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Combine biscuit mix and butter. Cut in butter with pastry cutter or 2 knives until mixtures resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in shredded cheese. 3. Add water slowly and mix until just combined. 4. Drop dough by 1/4-cup measures onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. 5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown and done. Optional: Brush top with melted butter. Do not eat raw batter, dough or mix.
