Remove cauliflower from pouch and place in provided tray or microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 2. Add Sauce: Pour sauce over cauliflower, stir, cover with paper towel, and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. 3. Enjoy!: Portion cauliflower onto serving plates, cover with remaining sauce from tray, and let stand for 1 minute. Oven: Get Ready: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
