Heating Instructions: Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Heat: Keep rice in pouch, and poke 1 small hole in center of pouch. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. 2. Enjoy!: Remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Caution: Pouch will be hot. Hot Water Bath: 1. Heat: Fill pot with water and bring to boil. Turn heat down to medium-high, and carefully submerge pouch. Cover with lid for 6-8 minutes. 2. Enjoy!: Remove pouch with tongs and cool for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy! Caution: Pouch will be hot. Perishable - Keep refrigerated. Ok to freeze for 6 months. Defrost in fridge for 12 hours, then follow heating instructions.
