Oven and microwave use always preheat oven before use. When transferring glass container from freezer to oven, do not heat oven above 450 F (232 C). Never use lid in the oven. Always unlatch all four tabs before placing in the microwave. Prior to cooking food that may release liquid, ad enough liquid to over the bottom of the dish.
