Microwave: Add water to fill line (inside cup). Cook for 60-75 seconds (times may vary). Stir well. Hot Water: Add boiling water to fill line. Stir well. Let steep 4-5 minutes. Overnight Oats: Add cold milk to fill line. Stir well & cover. Let soak for 15+ minutes or overnight in the fridge. Adjust water or milk for desired consistency top with nut butter! Additional space included in cup to prevent product from boiling over. Caution! Cup & oatmeal may be hot!
