All You Need: Makes 2/3 Cup Marinade: 1 pkg. Lawry's Beef Marinade Seasoning Mix, 2/3 cup water, 1 to 2-1/2 lbs. Steak, such as sirloin, flank or skirt. Instructions: Mix water and seasoning mix in small bowl. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade; discard any excess marinade. Cook meat to desired doneness. Bonus Tip: Red Wine Marinade: Prepare marinade using 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup dry red wine. Add rosemary or thyme leaves for an herby twist.
