All You Need: Makes 6 Burritos. 1 pkg. Lawry's Burrito Seasoning Mix; 1 lb. ground beef or turkey; 1-1/4 cups water; 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed; 2 cups cooked white rice; 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed; 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese; 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Instructions: Brown ground beef in skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon rice onto bottom third of warm tortillas. Layer with beef, beans, cheese and cilantro. Fold bottom of tortilla up and fold in sides. Roll to enclose filling. Bonus Tip: Prepare as directed using 2-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken, beef or pork in place of the ground beef.
