Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard Raw. Cook from frozen. Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: (1) Preheat pan over medium-high heat. (2) Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Open the package and place the patties in the skillet. (3) Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Grill: (1) Preheat grill to medium-high heat. (2) Cook the patties on the grill for 8-9 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Chef recommended. Put All American patty on a sesame bun and a bed of lettuce, top with thousand island dressing, and tomatoes. (Optional: top off burger with potato chips before putting top bun.). Perishable. Keep frozen. Recommended: 165 degrees - well done. 155 degrees - medium well. 145 degrees - medium. 135 degrees - medium rare. The USDA recommends ground beef to be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
