Preparation: Soak the rice paper sheet on a plate or shallow bowl of cool water until pliable. Do not leave it in the water too long, or the rice paper will fall apart. Place on a flat surface and layer with your choice of veggies and protein. Fold in the sides first and then roll up to secure. Serve fresh or fry until golden brown. Cut in half and serve with your favorite Ocean's Halo dipping sauce! Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 30 days.
