Blue light enhanced for energizing. Night mode: Warm white light. Blue light reduced for relaxing. Turn on and off your wall switch within 2 seconds to change between day mode (5000K) and night mode (2700k). The default setting on the lamp is 2700K (Night mode). Once the lamp is turned off for more than 25 seconds it will start back up in the default color of 2700k (Night mode). The dual mode light bulb offers the ability to adjust the color temperature and amount of blue light emitted. Up to 15,000 hours of LED light. No smart home hardware or app required.
