Prep Directions: 1. Melt the unsalted butter or becel margarine over low heat. 2. Blend in sauce mix and stir well. 3. Add cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute stirring constantly. Yield: 1.8 gal; 1 container sauce mix; 3.4 lb butter; 1.25 gal water. 1 qt; 1-1/4 cups sauce mix; 1/2 lb butter; 2 cups 7 oz water. Keep package tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
