Directions: Patch usage instructions: 1. Remove patch from outer package. 2. Pop apart and peel back one side of film. 3. Place on affected area. 4. Remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin. Intended Use: Therapeutic hot & cold pack for use with common aches, pains, swelling, and bruising. Pack should be applied for 20 minutes - as most doctors recommended. Cold therapy - Freeze for 4 hours. Heat therapy - Microwave for time indicated below, thoroughly mix to distribute color, and test pack prior to use. Heat for additional 5 seconds until desired temperature is reached. Suggested heating time for (1) one Thera Pearl sport pack. 700 watts-40 seconds. 1000 watts-35 seconds. 1200 watts-30 seconds. See full directions on pack prior to use.
