Cooking Instructions: Needs to be fully cooked. Stove Top: For best results, cook from frozen. 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/rolling boil in saucepan. 2. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. 3. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. For best results cook from frozen. 1. Place desired amount of vegetables in a microwave-safe container. 2. Add 3 Tbsp. water and cover. 3. Cook on high, full (100%) power for 6-8 minutes (For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary), stirring halfway through cooking. 4. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. 5. Drain if necessary and stir prior serving. Keep frozen.
