Prep Tips: Preheat pan for faster cooking. Use parchment paper for easier cleanup. Roasting Directions: Step 1. Pre-Heat oven to 425 degrees F. If possible, position rack to middle of the oven. Step 2. In bowl, toss veggies with 2 tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil and enclosed seasoning packet. Step 3. Spread out veggies evenly on baking sheet pan. Step 4. Place in oven and bake for 18-20 minutes turning vegetables once halfway through cooking. Note: Cooking time may vary based on oven. Vegetables should be brown on the edges and fork tender when done.
