Our master buttermakers add imported European cultures to slowly ripen the cream. Then, in small batches, the butter is slowly churned to a rich 84% butterfat prized by bakers around the world. 84% butterfat prized for baking. Pasteurized. Unsalted. We never use antibiotics, synthetic hormones, toxic pesticides or GMOs. This 1/2 pound of butter is 1 cup.
