Cooking Instructions: Remove bowl from outer sleeve. Vent a portion of the top film. From refrigerated (thawed) microwave on high for 2 minutes. From frozen microwave on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Peel back film stir, replace film, cook an additional 1 minute. Product must reach and internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
