Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add broccoli and 2 Tablespoons Water to 2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.) 1200 Microwave wattage; 7:30 to 8:30 Time on high. 1000 Microwave wattage; 8:30 to 9:30. Time on high. 700 Microwave wattage; 12:00 to 12:30 Time on high. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Caution: hot!
