Baking Instructions: Thaw pizza dough in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for approximately 3 hours until thoroughly thawed. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. For easier rollout and transfer, lay down a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal or rice flour. Place dough ball on top and another piece of parchment paper over the dough. Press down and roll with a rolling pin. Transfer rolled dough to a cornmeal or rice flour dusted pan. Spread with sauce and add toppings. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are heated. Note: For a lighter airy pizza crust, transfer rolled dough on a cornmeal or rice flour coated pan and prebake for 10 minutes before adding toppings. Remove from oven, add toppings and bake again until all is fully heated. Tips: For best results, use a perforated pan or pizza screen. Baking instructions should be used as a guide. Times and oven temperatures may vary. Product will be very hot so use caution when handling. Keep frozen.
