Directions

Place in microwave this Side Up. Place unopened bag This Side Up in microwave. Do Not Pierce Bag. Microwave on high for 4 - 5 minutes*. Microwave ovens vary in power. Heating times are approximate. During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove bag from microwave, avoiding steam. Hold bag carefully at red circles at top corners. Tear bag at notch. Pour into serving dish and enjoy. Place frozen vegetables and sauce in saucepan. Place on stove stop and heat over low heat. Cover and simmer for 12-14 minutes or until desired tenderness*, stirring frequently. *For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
