Purchase or use of Card constitutes acceptance of these terms: CardFact 25, Inc. or its assignee is the Card issuer and sole obligor to Cardholder. Card is distributed by Shell and its affiliates. Neither Shell nor its affiliates are obligors to Cardholder. Obligor agrees that card may be used, up to balance, to buy goods and services at any Shell location in the U.S., excluding territories. Redeemable for cash where required by law. Cash discounts may not apply. Not reloadable. Except in certain circumstances, Card will not be replaced or replenished if lost or stolen. For pay at the pump redemption, insert Card and follow instructions. Pay at the pump may not be possible if balance less than one dollar. If you are having difficulty, present Card inside Shell store for payment.
