Instructions for Use: Select desired blade and snap it into Mandoline Slicer frame. Place vegetable, cheese, or fruit at front end of Mandoline Slicer. Use safety holder to hold down food and move it back and forth over blade. To Clean: Wash carefully with mild detergent and water.
