Steam in bag. Microwave: Perfect potatoes in 10 minutes. Microwave instructions: Place bag this side up in a large microwave safe bowl. Do not cut or puncture bag. Package will inflate and may make hissing and popping noises. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Caution: Hot! Be careful to avoid steam. Wait for bag to deflate (approximately 1 minute). Carefully cut open bag. Empty into serving dish and enjoy. Caution: Hot steam microwave only.
