Cooking Instructions: 1. Add 1 measure of dry rice to 2 measures of cold water (optional - add salt to taste). 2 Bring to the boil. 3. Stir the rice then cover and turn the heat to low for 40 minutes (do not lift the lid and peek). 4. At the end of the cooking time remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Enjoy. Please note - 10oz of dry rice equals to 4 servings. Respect the rice keep in cool dry place.
