The owl is a guardian of the vine and myths say it is present when the spirit is set free. Our winemaking style is also uncaged and takes us to Santa Lucia Highlands in our pursuit of creating a Chardonnay that balances bright fruit and acidity with rich vanilla and oak nuances.
