Directions

Place in microwave this side up. Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave steaming in the bag. Do not pierce bag. Gently massage package to break apart vegetables for even heat penetration. Place unopened hag, directions side up, in the microwave. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes.* This bay will begin to inflate during the cooking process, special vents will allow the steam to escape. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners while taking out of the microwave. Open carefully to allow steam to escape and place contents into serving dish; drain if needed. Season to taste. *Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust time if necessary. Stove top method: Place frozen broccoli & cauliflower in 1/2 cup boiling water (salted if desired). Cover, bring to second boil and cook gently until tender (6 to 7 minutes). Avoid overcooking. Drain, season to taste and serve.
