Omega-3's are derived from a large number of sources from around the world. Two of the most plentiful sources of Omega-3's are Fish Oil and Krill Oil. Nature's Bounty Dual Spectrum Omega-3 combines both sources and provides 1085 mg of Omega-3's per serving. Nature's Bounty Dual Spectrum Omega-3 contains both EPA and DHA, two omega-3 fatty acids that help support and maintain the health of the cardiovascular and circulatory system.* Omega-3 fatty acids are considered one of the "good" fats, and help maintain triglyceride levels already within normal range.* The fish oil within our formula is purified to eliminate heavy metal contaminants such as Mercury, PCBs and Dioxins.
