Microwave: (1000W Microwave; cook from frozen) 1. Place 1 cup frozen green chickpeas in a microwave safe dish with 2 tbsp of water and cover. 2. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes. 3. Season to taste and serve. Keep frozen.
