Directions
1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. 2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approximately 15 minutes. 3. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx 5 min., stirring constantly. 4. Serve hot over rice or noodles. Suggestion of Ingredients (12 Servings): Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp): 2 lbs. Onions: 2 lbs. Carrots: 9 oz. Potatoes: 10 oz. All ingredients are desirably chopped. Cooking Oil: 2 tbsp. Water: 5 US cups (1200 ml). S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix: 1 box. For half pack cooking (6 Servings): Use half amount of ingredients with 2-3/4 cups (660 ml) water. Keep refrigerated in airtight container after opening.
