Quick Guide: See enclosed insert for detailed instructions. To moisturize vagina and enhance ease of intimacy, use 1 application every 3 days as needed. Squeeze tube to fill applicator to recommended amount. Insert into vagina and gently press plunger to dispense. After use, separate barrel and plunger and wash in warm, soapy water.
