Important Instructions: Hinge Placement: 1. Measure around knee. 2. Use S/M pocket if your knee measures 12.0 - 16.0 in (30.4 - 40.6 cm). 3. Use L/XL pocket if your knee measures 16.0 - 20.0 in (40.6 - 50.8 cm). 4. Flex hinge into a V shape. 5. Insert hinge ends into the side pockets. 6. Repeat this process for both hinges. 7. Adjust as needed. Easy to Apply: 1. Adjust position of side hinges (see above). 2. Align over knee, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section. Note: If pain persists or discomfort results, discontinue use and consult your physician. See product care on bottom of package.
