Just heat & eat. Microwave: Tear the pouch 2 inch to vent out steam. Place the pack in the microwave and heat for a minute. Stove Top: Boil sealed pouch in water for 5 minutes. Do not use conventional or toaster oven. Grab pouch from sides as contents will be hot. Serving Suggestion: With rice and breads. Specially sterilized in multi-layered pouches to help assure safety.
