Microwave (1100 watt): Place frozen patties on a microwave-safe Microwave on high for 45 seconds, turn over and cook for another 30 to 45 seconds. Stovetop: Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place frozen patties in pan and cook, covered, for 6 minutes turning occasionally. Carefully add 2 tablespoons water and continue cooking, covered for 5 to 7 minutes turning occasionally. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen patties on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
