Microwave (1100 watt): Place two frozen patties on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, turn over and cook for another 30 seconds. Stovetop: Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place frozen patties in pan and cook, Covered, for 6 minutes turning occasionally. Carefully add 2 tablespoons water and continue cooking, Covered, for 3 to 5 minutes turning occasionally. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen patties on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 to 13 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw.
