Shake well. Preparation Instructions: Skillet: shake carton lightly and pour desired amount of liquid egg into a nonstick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir egg gently. For filled egg omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half. Microwave: Shake carton lightly and pour desired amount of liquid egg into a microwave safe container. Cover and cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are set, but slightly moist. Keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. Pasteurized. Twist off cap, twist to open. Use within 7 days of opening.
