Heating Directions (One serving): Microwave (Due to differences in appliance, heating times may vary. Microwave instructions are based on a 1000 watt microwave): 1. Remove links from plastic pouch. 2. Place on microwavable plate and cover with a paper towel. 3. Heat in the center of the microwave. Refrigerated: high (100% power); 40-45 seconds. Frozen: Medium (50% power); 45-90 seconds. Skillet: 1. Remove links from plastic pouch. 2. Place links in a non-stick skillet (do not preheat skillet). 3. Heat skillet to med-high and cover. Heat thoroughly, 7 to 10 minutes, turning links halfway through heating. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. Keep refrigerated. Previously handled frozen for your protection.
