Cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking directions: Microwave not recommended. Grilling: Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on grill, about 4 inches above heat. Grill burgers 5 minutes on one side; turn and grill on the other side for 5-7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 (To check for doneness, insert thermometer in center of burger. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for safety) F. Broiling: Preheat broiler. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on broiler pan, about 4 inches under heat. Broil burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and broil on other side 5-7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 (To check for doneness, insert thermometer in center of burger. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for safety) F. Skillet: Preheat non-stick skillet on medium heat (2 minutes). Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place into skillet. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and cook on the other side for 5-7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 (To check for doneness, insert thermometer in center of burger.
