Use under adult supervision. Do not use in the area of the eye. To apply Tattoos, wash chosen area of skin with soap and warm water, and dry thoroughly. Choose and cut-out desired tattoo, and peel off top plastic coversheet. Place tattoo face down firmly on skin. Use a moist sponge or paper towel to wet the paper back thoroughly, until the tattoo is visible through the paper (about 20-30 seconds). Carefully peel off the paper backing; tattoo should remain stuck to in. If tattoo does not fully release from paper backing, rewet tattoo. Allow several minutes to dry before touching. For best results, choose a skin surface that is of hair. Remove tattoo by scrubbing with soap and warm water, or use make-up remover. Tattoo will naturally wear off in several days.
