Instructions for Use: Place stainless steel coffee filter into the Glass Carafe. Measure medium-grind coffee with the handy coffee scoop and pour the coffee into the filter. Using just-boiled water, pour a little water onto the coffee, just enough to wet the grounds slightly. Allow to stand for 30 seconds. Coffee grounds will expand so that the most robust flavor can be extracted. Slowly pour over the remaining hot water in a thin, steady stream. Coffee will continue to brew into the pot. Allow coffee to finish dripping before serving. Total brew time should be less than three minutes. Enjoy the freshly-brewed coffee immediately or chill it for coffee drinks and iced coffee. Makes between 1 to 4 servings of coffee.
