Directions

Cooking Instructions: Cook from a thawed state. Remove steaks from package. Grill: Pre-heat grill to 400 degrees F. Grill for 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness or until swordfish begins to flake when cut into. Oven: Follow same instructions as grill but place steaks on a non-stick baking sheet. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 1 45 degrees F. Safe Storage & Thawing: Keep frozen or refrigerated. Do not refreeze. To thaw, place tray in refrigerator for minimum of 6 hours before use. Previously frozen keep refrigerated.
