Cooking Instructions: Cook from thawed state. Remove fillets and butter from package. Pan-sear: Place fillets in skillet and cook 4-5 minutes per side; Add butter after turning. Bake: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F; Place fillets with cilantro lime butter medallions in a non-stick pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily. Broil: Place fillets and butter medallions under broiler for 10-12 minutes. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated. Safe Storage & Thawing: Store in refrigerator at 38 degrees F for below until ready-to-cook. Do not freeze. Please follow the retailer's stated use by date provided on this product package.
