After completing your purchase, the remaining balance on your card, if any, will be printed on your receipt. This card is issued by and represents solely an obligation of CFA Servco. Inc. and use of this card by you indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This card does not expire and no fees will be charged against the balance. This card may be used only for purchases of food, beverages, or merchandise at any participating Chick-fil-A Restaurant. CFA Servco, Inc. reserves the right to replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards solely at its discretion and may require proof of purchase. This card is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Chick-fil-A, Inc. and CFA Servco. Inc. reserve the right to change these terms and conditions consistent with applicable law and to modify or discontinue this program and your ability to use this card on 60 days prior notice posted on participating Restaurants This card is not a credit card or debit card and carries no warranties, expressed or implied.
