What To Do: Dissolve 1 serving of powder into 12-14 oz. of liquid. Mix well and drink right away. Wait at least 2 hours before or after taking medicine, as fiber may interfere with medicine absorption. 1. Add one scoop of powder into a shaker bottle. 2. Add 12-14 oz. of cool water - it won't blend if the water is too hot. 2. Shake to mix. If the texture is too thick, add more water. 3. Drink immediately!
