Directions for Use: 1. Pour contents of one packet into 16 oz of cold water. 2. Product fizzes as it dissolves to ensure consistency of dose, so leave room in your water bottle. 3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated. Suitable for all Ages. Children can drink up to 4 servings per day. Adults can drink up to 8 servings per day depending on the severity of dehydration symptoms, including increased thirst, dizziness, fatigue, headache, irritability, morning fog, sticky/dry mouth, and dark or decreased urine. Store in a cool, dry place below 86 degrees F.
