Ready in about 10 minutes! Heating Instructions for waking up your Talia Pizza: 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. For best results, turn off convection (fan) in the oven, or lower it as much as possible. Do not microwave. 2 Remove all packaging. Place your pizza in the oven straight out of the freezer. You may also let it thaw for a few minutes. 3 Place your pizza directly on the middle rack. No pan or tray is needed. Bake for 9min to 11 min, leave longer for a crispier crust. Keep frozen.

Our sourdough is prepared with our proprietary process and left to rise for 24 hours. The pizzas are the baked in our hand-built, wood-fired Neapolitan ovens.
