Directions: 1. In a large bowl add entire packet of dough mix and exactly one cup (236g) of 80 degrees F water. 2. Mix well until dough is smooth and elastic. 10 minutes kneading by hand -or- 8 minutes with stand mixer & dough hook. 3. Form into 2 identical sized balls and let rise in covered bowl 2-4 hours at room temp. 4. Roll (on floured surface) dough into two 13 inches - 14 inches circles. 5. Slide pizza dough directly on hot grill grates. Cook until top is bubbling. Rotate as needed. 6. Remove from grill, flip crust over and add toppings to grilled side. Place back on grates and continue cooking until melty and bubbly. For Perfect Grilled Crust: Cook directly on grill gates. 450 degrees - 550 degrees F grill temp. Cook time 6-8 min. Store in a cool, dry place.
