Directions: 1. Empty package, 1-1/4 cup of warm (70-80 degrees F) water and 2 tbsp Olive Oil into stand mixer, using the paddle attachment. 2. Mix on Med/High for 8 minutes. 3. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. 4. Scoop half the dough onto middle of a lightly-oiled sheet of parchment paper. 5. Oil hands well and gently press out dough till 1/4 inch thick and roughly 13-14 inches round. 6. Repeat with other half of dough. 7. Let pizza doughs rise, covered for 1 hour. 8. Place each dough with parchment on a sheet pan and bake 6 minutes in a 475 degrees F preheated oven. 9. Remove, add toppings and bake 7-10 min more. For perfect gluten free crust. 475 degrees F oven temperature. Cook on sheet pans with parchment. Cook time 13-16 min. Store in a cool, dry place.
